Enhanced Enrollment Experience Employee Toolkit

As part of the Enhanced Enrollment Experience Fidelity® will proactively send your employees targeted communications, give them targeted messages on NetBenefits® and provide the Plan Highlights on NetBenefits. The email touches of this campaign have an “Español” button at the top of the email to allow participants to view a translated version of the email in their web browser.

We believe a coordinated approach will help drive the most employee engagement. Below we've provided you some of the Enhanced Enrollment Experience's features to leverage through your internal channels with employees as appropriate.

What are the goals of the campaign?

  • This campaign was designed using the fundamental principles and research that drive our employee experience—to help your employees live well financially, now and into retirement.
  • The triggered approach offers simple, direct messaging that is coordinated so employees who have not yet enrolled start quickly and make smart saving choices.
  • This program replaces the current enrollment guide, multi-touch enrollment, and EasyEnroll communications.


Who will receive this campaign?

  • Employees who are newly eligible to enroll
  • The targeted enrollment communications stop as soon as an employee:
    • Enrolls through any method
    • Is within six days of being auto-enrolled
    • Opts out of auto-enroll
    • Is for any other reason no longer eligible to enroll


What is the call to action?

  • Based on your employee's needs and situation and your plan design, several different point-to-point links will help them take their next steps.
    • Links send employees to either enroll or EasyEnroll
    • Learn more links send participants to the digital plan highlights page


How are the communications delivered?

  • Hierarchy of touch 1
    • Employee-provided email (if provided consent to send legally required information electronically), employer-provided emails flagged as safe harbor, print back-up.
    • This touch will include a statement that the plan intends to be a 404(c) plan.
  • Hierarchy all other touches
    • Employee-provided email, employer-provided email, print back-up if applicable.
