Complimentary guidance for Annual Enrollment
The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15 through December 7.
This is an important time for people enrolled in Medicare as plan benefits, coverage options, and costs can change from year to year. Individuals' health care needs and personal circumstances may change as well, making it important to review coverage annually.
Whether you have employees approaching age 65 and becoming newly eligible for Medicare, participants over age 65 who are already enrolled in Medicare, or employees who serve as caregivers for a loved one, Fidelity Medicare Services® can help. Through this service, participants have access to educational resources, digital planning tools, and personalized 1-1 guidance, all at no cost to them.
To help promote this service, we offer a suite of Fidelity-deployed communications and resources you can use within your workplace to raise awareness among your employees and participants.
Program components
Educational webinar and email invitation
On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, join Fidelity Medicare Services professionals for an educational webinar explaining how the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period works and why reviewing coverage options is important. Work with your Fidelity representative to distribute the invitation before October 6, or share the registration link directly with your participants.
Fidelity-deployed email campaign
On October 22, 2026, an email will be sent to separated participants age 65 and older, reminding them of the importance of reviewing their Medicare coverage options during the Annual Enrollment Period.
NetBenefits® homepage messaging
A message will appear on NetBenefits throughout Annual Enrollment encouraging eligible participants to review their Medicare coverage and plan options.
Plan sponsor templates
Use these materials to remind newly eligible employees, Medicare beneficiaries, and caregivers that Fidelity can help them navigate Medicare during Annual Enrollment and throughout the year.
