Campaign Details
What is the goal of this campaign?
Employees want personalized help that understands their needs without judgment and explains important financial topics in an easy-to-understand way. The Financial Wellness Checkup provides a uniquely tailored action plan for improving their financial situation, with the ability to track progress. Our goal is to encourage employees, via a multi-touch email journey, to complete the checkup and continue to check in on their action plan.
Who will receive this campaign?
- All active employees ages 18+ with a balance greater than $0
- Former employees ages 18+ who have been separated for 45 days or more with a balance of $1,000 or greater
When will these communications be sent?
This is an ongoing email campaign.
Touch 1 – Awareness: Delivered yearly, 14 days after date of birth, to employees that have not completed the checkup before.
Touch 2 – Abandoned: Delivered responsively one to three days after employee starts the checkup but does not complete it.
Touch 3 – Completed: Delivered responsively one to three days after employee completes the checkup.
Touch 4 – Check-in: Delivered responsively six months after employee completes the checkup.
What is the call to action?
Employees are encouraged to take the Financial Wellness Checkup and then, once completed, to check back in and continue to make progress on their action plan.
Email versioning
There are multiple versions of Touch 1 and Touch 2 aligned with our standard targeting criteria. Touch 1A and Touch 2A are for “Juggler” participants. Touch 1B and Touch 2B are for “Non-Juggler” participants. All emails are available in English and Spanish.
