What is the objective of this campaign?

When people engage with their own financial wellness, they tend to feel more confident and less stressed. With that in mind, this program aims to deliver real-time help that empowers employees to take action based on their specific financial needs. Given the information we have about each person, the communications will be customized to speak to their unique needs and goals at that moment in time.

Note: Anyone who has taken the Financial Wellness Checkup will be excluded from this email. Instead, they will receive this follow-up trigger.

When will these communications be sent?

This one-touch, email-only trigger will launch the week of August 23 and will be delivered responsively after an employee logs into NetBenefits®. The email will deploy within 24 hours after login.

An individual will not receive this email more than once a year, regardless of how many times they log into their account.

Who will receive this campaign?

All eligible employees will be included.

  • All active employees ages 18 or older with a balance greater than $0
  • Former employees separated for 75 days or more with a balance of $1,000 or greater

What is the call to action?

Links will be customized based on each participant’s individual data. There are dozens of possible next steps that someone may receive – each person will receive links to pages that are most relevant to their specific needs. Employees will be directed to various pages on NetBenefits® where they can take action.
