Designed to address the top needs of employees based on the results of their Financial Wellness Checkup.

What is the objective of this campaign?

Research demonstrates that when people engage with their own financial wellness, they tend to feel more confident and less stressed. With that in mind, this program aims to deliver real-time help that empowers employees to take action on the results of their personalized Financial Wellness Checkup. Given the outcome of an individual’s checkup, the communications will be customized to speak to their unique needs and goals at that moment in time.

When will these communications be sent?

This two-touch, email-only trigger will launch the week of July 5 and will be delivered responsively after an employee takes the Financial Wellness Checkup. The first touch will deploy within 24 hours after someone takes the Checkup and the second touch will deploy two weeks later.

An individual will not receive this email series more than once a year, regardless of how many times they take the Checkup.

Who will receive this campaign?

All eligible employees who take the checkup will be included.

  • All active employees ages 18 or older with a balance greater than $0
  • Former employees separated for 75 days or more with a balance of $1,000 or greater

What is the call to action?

Links will be customized based on each participant's Financial Wellness Checkup results. There are dozens of possible recommendations that the Checkup may provide – each person will receive links to pages that are most relevant to their specific needs. In most cases, employees will be directed to various pages on NetBenefits® to take action, while others may receive links to certain Point Solutions if your plan has adopted Fidelity Point Solutions.
