Features content on Fidelity NetBenefits®, and other Workplace platforms.
Applicable to all employees with a focus on foundational financial information and education.
How to opt-in to the FidBits Campaign
When will these communications be sent?
- The next edition will launch at the beginning the week of April 6th, over the course of four days. Make your opt-in/out election before March 25th.
- The FidBits Newsletter is delivered twice each quarter and your most recent election is retained until you make a new election on this campaign.
Who is eligible?
- Active participants, age 18+, balance of > $0 and eligible to contribute
- Separated Participants, age 18+, balance > $1K and separated > 45 days OR those who have opted in to Stay in Plan
What messages are available?
• New for 2026, FidBits now has 6 versions for your review ahead of each issue, including specific content selected for unengaged* participants.
• FidBits now directs plan participants to NetBenefits (web and mobile app), and the many pre- and post-login digital experiences available there. No other Fidelity content sources will be featured in FidBits, a change implemented in the January 2026 edition.
• Messages in FidBits are prioritized and segmented based on:
○ Whether or not a participant engaged with NetBenefits within the past year
○ Age, now divided into three groups (18-35, 36-54, 55+)
