What are the goals of this campaign?

Drive HSA account opening for those employees who have enrolled in their HSA-eligible Health Plan but have not yet opened their Fidelity HSA.

When will these communications be sent?

Once enrollment file is received, the campaign will go into effect within 48 hours. The campaign is distributed on Fridays. Any file received by EOD Wednesday will be captured in that week’s mailing (2 days later).

Who should receive this campaign?

Employees who have enrolled in an HSA-eligible health plan, but have not yet opened their Fidelity HSA.

Message Distribution

You can opt to send either three or six touches on a bi-weekly or weekly basis.

If your program provides an employer contribution

If your program does not provide an employer contribution

Email will be distributed based on the following hierarchy:

  • Employee provided email
  • Employer provided email
Back-up postcard is sent 1x if no valid employee or employer-provided email address is on file.

If no choice is made, clients will be defaulted to six touches on a bi-weekly basis, based on email best practices.

NOTE:

  • Once the account is opened, the campaign stops mailing.
  • If a participant does not open the account after the maximum number of touches, the campaign does not run again for that participant in the given plan year.

What is the call to action?

The communications will drive employees right to the start of the account opening process on NetBenefits post login.
