What are the goals of this campaign?
This campaign notifies employees approaching the age of 26 that if they are currently on their parent’s health insurance plan, they will lose coverage and need to enroll in their own health plan. This campaign notifies employees of this upcoming Qualified Life Event (QLE) and provides education on enrolling in their own health plan for the first time.
When will these communications be sent?
Emails will be sent out weekly on a rolling basis as employees reach the target age.
Who should receive these emails?
HDHP-eligible employees who turn 25 and 10 months will qualify for this campaign. Employees who are already enrolled in their own health insurance plan through Fidelity, or who already have a Fidelity HSA opened, will be excluded.
What is the call to action?
The communication will drive employees to visit our educational landing zone where they can watch our short video series “Breaking Down Health Care” to learn more about health insurance, the enrollment process, and benefits of Health Savings Accounts.
