What is the communication objective?

This program is designed to work with your existing enrollment communications and leverages the same proprietary behavioral research used to develop EasyEnroll to offer simple, need-based messaging so employees who did not enroll can quickly get started and make smart saving choices.

Who will receive this campaign?

Employees recently sent an enrollment communication who are still eligible to enroll but have not yet done so.

  • For plans with automated enrollment, the communications will not be sent to employees who are scheduled to be auto-enrolled in the next 15 days.

What is the call to action?

A streamlined call-to-action drives directly to EasyEnroll online. QR code on postcards and mobile-responsive emails give a quick path to enroll on smart phones and tablets.

  • Primary: click or access EasyEnroll to get started.
  • Secondary: call to receive help enrolling from a Fidelity Representative.

Message distribution:

Participants may receive up to two email touches or print postcards as backup (if we don’t have a valid email address on file).

  • Employee-provided email address

  • Print back-up
