Fidelity HSA® Before Annual Enrollment Email Campaign
This campaign provides targeted education to employees who may benefit from taking action during annual enrollment. The campaign:
• Drives awareness and consideration for those eligible for the HSA-eligible Health Plan (also called High Deductible Health Plan, or HDHP)
• Provides select employees next steps to open and take advantage of their HSA

What are the goals of this campaign?
1. HDHP-eligible but not enrolled: Provide employees awareness and education around HDHPs and HSAs.
2. HDHP enrolled, no HSA open: Provide next steps for employees to open their HSA
3. HSA open, no employee contributions: Educate employees on the benefits of contributing to their HSA

When will these communications be sent?
Each audience will receive 2 email touches, sent 2-weeks apart. You can select which week the first touch will be sent – we recommend 3-4 weeks before your annual enrollment period begins.
What is the call to action?
The call to action is specific to each audience. Communications will drive employees to our pre-login educational microsite or the relevant HSA experience on NetBenefits, depending on the email.
