What are the goals of this campaign?

This campaign notifies employees that their employer has contributed to their HSA. This helps demonstrate the benefit you are providing to your employees, and encourages employee engagement with their account.

When will these communications be sent?

Emails will be sent 1–7 days after we have received an employer contribution to an employee’s HSA. If multiple employer contributions are made within a 28-day period, employees will only receive one email notification.

Who should receive these emails?

Employees who have enrolled in an HSA-eligible health plan, established a Fidelity HSA, and receive an employer contribution.
