What is the communication objective?
This program welcomes newly enrolled participants to their plan and helps make sure they get off to a great start. It leverages our proprietary research into language and behavior to provide a stream of communications designed to help new participants:
• Set up their account profile and preferences, including beneficiaries via their personalized onboarding checklist
• Review their investing and savings approaches
• Take advantage of all the help and resources their plan comes with
Who will receive these communications?
Newly enrolled employees, including both proactively and auto enrolled from any enrollment method.
Message distribution:
Touches will be sent as primarily as email (some include print if we don't have a valid email address on file). Message hierarchy:
• Employee-provided email address
• Employer-provided email address
