Post Enrollment Onboarding for Newly Enrolled DC Plan Participants

What is the communication objective?
This program is designed to welcome newly enrolled participants to their DC plan, orient them to Fidelity and their benefits, and guide them through 'housekeeping' tasks to help them easily get started with their plan, including:
- Registering their account, if they haven't done so already
- Setting up their account profile and preferences, including beneficiaries
- Reviewing their contribution amount
- Accessing relevant education and resources and products and solutions to help them meet their financial needs
Who will receive these communications?
Newly enrolled employees, including those who are auto enrolled and proactively enroll through any enrollment method.
Message distribution:
Touches are sent via email (participants without a valid email address on file will receive a print version of Touch 1). Message hierarchy:
• Employee-provided email address
• Employer-provided email address
