Objective
For pre-retirees and retirees, making key decisions at the right time can help them feel more prepared and confident throughout their retirement journey. These triggered communications provide education and tools to help employees along their journey to retirement—helping them take confident steps in a manageable way.
Who is eligible?
- Employees ages 49 ½ to 72
- Active employees with a balance greater than $0
- Separated employees (=/> 75 days) with a balance greater than $1000
- Emails are triggered weekly to eligible employees who meet each message stream criteria
What messages are available?
Email messages cover a broad spectrum of important retirement planning topics and decisions to help ensure employees are aware of tools available to educate and support them via NetBenefits, as well as help boost retirement confidence and readiness.
What are the suggested next steps?
Instructions vary based on message—all include a digital-first approach and link to support and tools available on NetBenefits®. A secondary next step with toll-free phone number for 1-to-1 support will be included for Advice-eligible plans.
