What are the goals of this campaign? The objective of this communication is to reengage participants who have started to enroll in the Student Debt Direct benefit and abandoned by encouraging them to complete their enrollment in the program.

When will the campaign be sent and who will receive this campaign? This is an ongoing email campaign that is automatically triggered when a participant abandons the enrollment process. This will be a two-touch email communication (participants will not receive the 2nd touch if they complete enrollment after receiving the 1st touch).

What is the call to action? Participants are encouraged to complete their enrollment in the Student Debt Direct program.
