This communication re-engages employees who have abandoned the donation checkout process on the Giving Marketplace platform via NetBenefits
Who will receive these communications?
Workplace Giving eligible employees who have abandoned the donation checkout process
How will the campaign be triggered?
This will be an ongoing email campaign that will be automatically triggered when an employee abandons the donation checkout process. Employees will get a two-touch email communication. Touch 1 will be sent within 24 hours of abandoning and Touch 2 will be sent 14 days after receiving Touch 1 (Note: if the donation has been made after receiving Touch 1, Touch 2 will not be triggered).
Message distribution:
Email hierarchy: Employee-provided email address, Employer-provided email address
