Overview
The PSW Contribution Center delivers a streamlined, all-encompassing experience for managing contributions and loan repayments. With integrated file management, real-time status tracking, and easy access to feedback reports, it enables users to tailor their experience using flexible filters and customizable file status views.
Key Highlights
- The Active Submissions tab displays submissions that require attention or are currently processing. Completed submissions can be accessed from the Archived tab.
- Dynamic filtering allows users to quickly identify submissions that need immediate action.
- One-click access to upload new contribution or loan repayment files for processing.
- The ability to view submissions in either a tile or table format, with the option to save a preferred view for future use.
Contribution processing is a critical, repetitive, and time-sensitive activity. To support this, the Contribution Center introduces a new submission details page with a guided experience that provides at-a-glance submission information and clearly directs users through required actions to reduce steps and save time.
New Functionality and Features
The enhanced submission experience includes:- Color-coded errors and warnings by type, helping users quickly view and resolve issues.
- Redesigned error summary pages for top contribution and loan warnings.
- Inclusion of Employee ID (when available), in addition to SSN, on error summary pages to support easier participant identification.
- Simple options to print and export source and funding data to assist with audit and reconciliation activities.
- Fewer steps to bulk approve warnings, helping reduce overall processing time.
This new guided experience delivers a consistent look and feel for similar streamlined actions across multiple Fidelity products.
