We want to unify the ability to view and edit participant data so that it is truly a multi product, consistent experience but also build real time capabilities so customers can go in and self serve and complete this work themselves in PSW.

Our mission is to continuously work to simplify service requests. One of the ways we would like to do that is by developing a view submitted service requests page. This will be a place you can go to track work items through completion, and it will allow you to see status updates.

Favorites

We have gotten a lot of feedback asking for the ability to favorite a report and we want you to know that we are listening. This will allow you to be able to favorite your frequently used reports and quickly find it at a later point. We plan on introducing this soon.
