PSW® Enhancements - Login Experience

Overview Fidelity is working to make your digital experiences more consistent and easier to use. The new Plan Sponsor Webstation (PSW®) login experience offers new functionality and enhanced security for all users and will create a consistent experience across Fidelity platforms.

New Functionality and Features

This new login experience includes:

• Save your PSW User ID: This highly requested feature has been added to allow you to save your PSW User ID by clicking “Remember my username” for a faster login upon your next visit.
• Enhanced security: By creating a consistent login experience across Fidelity platforms, Fidelity can seamlessly and quickly integrate important security updates, including allowing different authentication methods.

Fidelity is continuously working to make improvements that will create a better user experience. This login functionality will be implemented before the end of 2024.
