A simpler way to access Plan Sponsor Webstation or FidelityConnect

Is navigation or access affected for other pre-login resources, such as toolkits, resources, and regulatory content?
No. Access to pre-login articles, toolkits, resources, and additional content will continue to be available through the navigation menu.

Do I need to update my bookmarks?
No. There are no changes to bookmarked pre-login PSW or FidelityConnect links. If you currently access the website through a bookmark or by typing psw.fidelity.com or fidelityconnect.com, your experience will continue to work as expected.

Are my PSW or FidelityConnect access credentials, such as username and password, changing?
No. Your username and password remain the same. If you don’t have login credentials, you can still access pre-login content using the navigation menu.

Is anything changing in the post-login PSW or FidelityConnect experience?
No. This enhancement is only for the pre-login experience. While the login process will be simplified before sign-in, the experience after logging in will remain the same.
