Tenured Unenrolled Trigger Communications
What is the communication objective?
Our research has shown that we need to engage tenured unenrolled employees on an ongoing basis with a relevant online financial wellness education, before we can get them to consider enrolling in their plan. Through a series of educational and enrollment messages the objective is to help this group learn how small changes can help improve their financial wellness.
Who will be receiving this campaign?
Employees who have previously received enrollment communications and are still eligible to enroll, but have still not done so after 90 days. This group was also never offered auto‐enrollment.

What is the call to action?
- Primary: Go to NetBenefits® to learn from education resources and/or enroll.
- Secondary: Call to receive one‐on‐one help from a Fidelity Representative.
Message distribution
Email: Using employee‐provided address and if not on file, then an employer‐provided email address.
