The purpose of this document is to provide you with information based on our experience working with other clients to get your employees engaged and using the Student Debt Benefit.

2in addition to deployment, an enrollment message is sent when a new eligible employee joins the company. In the event no action is taken, a reminder message is sent 2-4 weeks after the enrollment message and on an annual basis.
