Participant Communication Overview
Provides a high-level summary of how we are communicating with your employees on various mandatory and optional provisions. |
Increase to RMD Age
Beginning in 2023, age-based, triggered communications have been updated to address the age increases. |
Adding a Roth source account
Participants aged 50+ with wages over $145,000 in the previous calendar year must make catch-up contributions on a Roth basis. With the effective date being pushed to January 2026, plan sponsors can decide when to add a Roth option.

Long-Term Part-Time (LTPT)

In-Plan Emergency Savings Accounts

Auto Portability (AP)
Industry-led opportunity to offer automatic rollovers of small balance retirement accounts from former to current employers – without tax consequences to employees. The process will be facilitated by the Portability Services Network (PSN)‡.
